hannah Tiemann
The Bob Barr Community celebrates a future composer. Hannah Tiemann is a graduate of Harris County High School and currently attends Georgia Southern University. She majors in Music Composition with a minor in Music Technology. Hannah ‘s arrangement of Peter and the Wolf will be a featured number by the band in spring, 2026.
Philip Shehane
The Bob Barr Community Band is pleased to present its 2025 Student Scholarship to Philip Shehane. Philip is a member of the Bob Barr Community Band where he plays Alto Saxophone and Tenor Saxophone. He is a 2025 home school graduate who's proud parents are Jonathan and Audrey Shehane. He is currently attending Point University's Columbus Leadership Campus and majoring in Applied Ministry, with a concentration in Worship Pastoring and Music.
